Biography

Dr. Ultan Sherman is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. He is the Programme Director for the MSc in Human Resource Management. He teaches on the BComm, MSc HRM, MA WOP, and MBA programmes. His research interests lie broadly in the relationship between work and psychology with specific focus on the psychological contract. His research has been published in leading international journals such as Human Resource Management Journal , Human Resource Management, Group & Organization Management , European Journal of Work & Organizational Psychology, and International Journal of Human Resource Management . A Chartered Psychologist with The Psychological Society of Ireland, Ultan has worked with leading organisations in many areas of work psychology.
